COVID19
UPDATE - April 18, 2022
As we are getting closer to the reunion weekend we are suggesting and encouraging everyone attending any of the gatherings planned for Friday and Saturday to please do a rapid Covid test that day. It’s simple and easy and will be a way to help keep us protected.
Thank you.

UPDATE - April 8, 2022
Due to the fact that our reunion is being held in a public venue which we don't control, our intention is to continue to follow NY State protocols. Both Hendricks and Bryant & Cooper are public restaurants.
Currently this means:
No requirement for proof of vaccination;
No masks required.
For those traveling from off Long Island, please note that if you are traveling by plane or train, staying in hotels and/or visiting many different places on your return to Port Washington, currently virtually all are following the same guidelines. Mask usage is by personal preference, but not mandated. For the LIRR, take note that while masks are required, it is not very well enforced.
At this point you should be guided by your own personal situation and judgement. You may prefer to wear a mask, or regrettably not attend at all. If you cannot attend we understand, and we will miss you.

Regarding the COVID situation and any possible impacts it may have on our reunion,
the Reunion Committee wants our classmates to understand our thoughts as of today.
As we remain a few months away from June 11, COVID continues to exhibit both spikes and declines as it has over the past two years. As a result, the Committee feels it would be most appropriate to maintain an open, patient, and hopefully thoughtful approach at this point in time.
Should the reunion proceed as planned, it is our intention to follow whatever guidelines may be mandated by New York State at that time with the health of all participants as our primary concern.
We want the event to be as enjoyable a celebration as possible for all, and to that end would also consider postponement should doing so best insure the general well-being of the members of our class. Additional updates will be forthcoming; in the interim, we encourage our classmates to continue to send in your payment for reservations. Should the event need to be postponed until a future date, all payments will be promptly refunded.”
